Kristyn was so patient and wonderful. She answered all my questions, shared pictures, updates, videos, and had a video call with me. I had never purchased from a breeder before so I was very nervous and unsure but she helped me every step of the way! I am so glad I met her and was able to bring Toffee home. She’s lit up my life and is perfect for our family. I’ve never had a dog that loves cuddles so much! I am so grateful for this amazing experience and my new family member!

Kristyn was more than helpful and extremely informative. We were constantly updated about our dog’s health, growth, and progress. There were constant pictures and videos and tons of helpful advice. She made the process extremely smooth and even flew to New York so we could meet our new puppy. We were even provided with a goodie bag that included treats, blankets, medical records, and all sorts of useful items that we would need. We love our dog so much he is everything we wished for and more. It is evident that he was cared for and Kristyn has tons of experience. We had an amazing experience with our breeder, Kristyn. From the very beginning, she was incredibly caring, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. She even flew from Tennessee personally to deliver our puppy to us, which showed such dedication and commitment. We had an incredible experience working with Kristyn. From the moment we submitting our inquiry, to the moment we picked our pup up, she was incredibly communicative and accommodating. She kept us up to date on all of his milestones, sent us regular pictures and videos, and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress free. She even went out of her way when it came to actually getting him to us. We've had Thor for 2 months now, and he is the best pup we could've asked for. Kristyn FaceTimed me and showed me where the puppies are raised, introduced me to the parents, siblings, and she answered all my questions. She definitely made me feel at ease. She provided the health records for the parents, vaccine records, weekly growth updates, pictures, and vet appointment information. She handles the pups daily, and they’re well-socialized.
