This summary is provided for convenience and does not replace the full Health & Purchase Agreement, which will be reviewed and signed at puppy pickup.

• Pet-Only Placement
  Puppies are sold as family companions with limited AKC registration. Breeding is not permitted.
   
• Health at Pickup
  Puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care and vaccinations prior to going home. Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of pickup to activate the initial health guarantee.
   
• Health Guarantee
  A one-year genetic health warranty is provided against debilitating congenital conditions that are included in the genetic testing of both parents. Common, stress-related puppy illnesses are not covered.
   
• Spay / Neuter Requirement
  Puppies must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age, unless otherwise advised in writing by a licensed veterinarian. Proof is required.
   
• Lifetime Return Policy
  If a Buyer is ever unable to keep their dog, the dog must be returned to the Breeder or rehomed only with prior written approval.
   
• Buyer Responsibilities
  Buyers agree to provide proper care, nutrition, veterinary care, and to prevent injury—particularly to the spine and joints common to the breed.
   
• Agreement & Signature
  The full Health & Purchase Agreement will be signed at puppy pickup.
